Do the Math: Out of the 168 hours in every week, you're awake for around 112 of them. Work and commuting take about half of that, then there's eating, shopping and other necessities in life. But that still leaves you with 30+ hours a week to answer the following question:

No Car? No Problem! You can easily get to the Wake Academy by train! There's a stop just down the street. We'll pick you up and take you back when you're done riding. What could be easier?!
